Justice Brothers, Inc. inducted into Dry Lakes Racing Hall of Fame


On Saturday April 28th, Ed Justice, Jr. accepted the award inducting Justice Brothers, Inc. into the Dry Lakes Racing Hall of Fame. When accepting the award Ed stated that “Dry lakes racing is one of the purest forms of motorsport left. It’s man or woman and machine against the clock.” The award recognizes Ed, his dad and two uncles for their many racing achievements and support of dry lakes racing.

Ed Justice, Jr. interviews 3-time Indy 500 winner, Bobby Unser at the Legends of Riverside


Once again past legends of Riverside International Raceway gathered at the Riverside International Raceway Museum for the forth annual Legends of Riverside. This years honoree, Bobby Unser was deftly interviewed by Ed Justice, Jr. Bobby ,who is always entertaining didn’t let anyone down. It was a night to remember for all that attended.

MAZDASPEED drivers visit Justice Brothers Racing Museum & Private Collection


The MAZDASPEED team stopped by the Justice Brothers Racing Museum & Private Collection to expose their all-star team of young racing champions to some of the rich history of racing. In addition, they asked that Ed spend time with the group to help them gain extra skills in building valuable relationships that will be so important to their future racing careers.

Noted Speedway motorcycle supporter and promoter, Howie Zechner interviewed Ed recently to find out a more detailed view of Ed’s history in the sport of Speedway. It’s a history that includes the sponsorship of riders like 9 time World Champion Ivan Mauger, ‘Wild’ Bill Cody, and 7 time US Champion Mike Bast.

DeltaWing racecar runs in secret test session at Buttonwillow Raceway


History was made on a weekday morning in central California, when the DeltaWing was finally able to be driven on an actual racetrack. Ed was part of a very small group that was included to witness history in the making. Ed has been a big supporter of the DeltaWing from the original concept when it was presented as a possible new Indycar design.

Revolutionary DeltaWing racecar leaves it’s nest from Dan Gurney’s All American Racers


Ed Justice, Jr. was honored to be one of the few who got to celebrate the completion and send-off of the revolutionary DeltaWing racecar. Designed by Ben Bowlby and his team of designers/engineers and built by Dan Gurney’s All American Racers in their historic shop in Santa Ana, California. The car will race in the 2012 24 Hours of LeMans in the experimental Garage 56 entry position.



Jeff Gordon accepts the Justice Brothers/Shav Glick award from Ed Justice, Jr.


This years winner of the Justice Brothers/Shav Glick award is 4 time NASCAR Champion and 3 time Daytona 500 winner, Jeff Gordon. Ithe award was presented during  a ceremony held before the start of the AUTO CLUB 400 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana.

Carroll Shelby Memorial salutes an American automotive icon


A beautiful memorial tribute was held at the Petersen Automotive Museum on May 30th for Carroll Shelby, the creator of the legendary Shelby Cobra. Tonight Show host, Jay Leno handled the Master of Ceremonies position with tributes from friends of Carroll Shelby that included legendary race driver and car builder Dan Gurney. Dan and Carroll started All American Racers together back in the 1960’s. Pictured during the memorial at left (from left to right) is Carroll Shelby’s close friend, artist Bill Neale, Ed Justice, Jr. and Alma Hill (wife of American Formula 1 champion Phil Hill).

Ed expressed the honor of receiving this award for everyone at Justice Brothers and in the memory of his father and uncles.
